Bay City Central opened the football season Thursday night with a 58-43 victory over Swartz Creek. Josh Billette and Dominic Zanotti passed for a combined 61 yards on five completions for Central. Brenden Mulligan ran seven times for 119 yards. Devonte Mysliwski had 13 times for 105 yards.
