Tri County’s girls golf team was third in a CSAA tourney on Tuesday. Tri County shot a 490. Hannah Droun shot a 113, Julia Bice 117, Nikki Minard 129, Kelsey Geers 131 and Cierra Kargenan 133. “Today was our fifth tournament this season and the girls continue to improve,” Tri County coach Roxanne Faber said. “We struggled with unplayable lies today in the woods and long grass. Everyday on the course is a learning experience and the girls truly appreciate every opportunity to grow and mature as golfers. Kelsey Geers is new to the sport this year and is proving to be a great asset to our team.”
