Rockford finished third earlier this month in the Division 1 boys golf state finals at Forest Akers East Golf Course at Michigan State. Rockford had a 589 with two round totals of 294 and 295. Joel Pietil had a 141, for Rockford follow by AJ Verekos with a 144, Josh Stephan with 150, Michael Cooper with 155 and Kevin Kamis with 160.
