Montabella fell to 3-2 with a loss to Lakeview 36-33, on Saturday in a game played at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
Montabella was up 15-12 after the first quarter but it was tied 20-20 at halftime. Lakeview led 28-25 after the third quarter and outscored Montabella 8-6 in the fourth.
Maddie Shurlow netted a 3-pointer at the buzzer to win the game for Lakeview. For Montabella, Taylor Smith scored 15 points while Krista Dawes and Sarah Miller netted seven points apiece for the Mustangs.
