Clare improved its record to 5-1 with a 75-17 victory over Harrison on Thursday night in girls basketball action. Clare was up 25-4 after the first quarter, 49-6 at halftime and 63-13 after the third quarter. It was 9-4, Clare, in the fourth quarter.
Lindsay Winter led the Pioneers with 25 points, 10 steals and four assists. Mackenzie Phayer added 12 points, Corrine Wezensky contributed 10 points and five rebounds, Morgan English added eight point and Alex Stark had five points, seven steals and five rebounds.
