Lakeview has qualified for the playoffs with a 6-2 record following a 42-8 home victory over White Cloud on Friday. Junior quarterback Nate Shurlow had one pass completion for 55 yards and a touchdown. Shurlow also had two carries rushing for 19 yards. Garrett Cavendish rushed nine times for 134 yards including a long run of 49 yards and a touchdown. Cavendish had three touchdown runs. John Zuluaga-Torres had 84 yards on nine carries including a long one of 45 yards and a touchdown. Billy Miller gained 13 yards on seven carries and Peter Betten had 11 yards on five carries. Shawn Lindsey had one pass reception for 55 yards.
Calvin Englund had 13 tackles for Lakeview.
