Chippewa Hills boys track and field team won its first Division 2 regional title Friday since 1992 and the second regional crown in CH boys history.
It also marked the first year the Warrior boys and girls teams had won the regional at the same time.
Jared Emerson finished first in the 300 hurdles in 39.45 seconds and 200 meters in 22.7 seconds to lead the Warrior attack.
Trent Karcher was second in the 200 in 22.8, and also took third in the 100 at 11.44 and was fourth in the long jump at 20-6.75.
Earlier in the week, the Warriors had won the Central State Activities Association title.
