The Durand wrestling team placed sixth at its own invitational on Jan. 12.
Grand Blanc won the title at the Durand Invitational with 130 points while Lapeer East placed second with 118.5.
Durand totaled 84 points to take sixth. Hank Richter placed second at 103 pounds while Zane Perrin was second at 160 pounds for the Railroaders.
Earlier in the week the Railroaders split a pair of GAC duals. Durand defeated Mt. Morris 46-36 and dropped a 55-13 decision to Goodrich.
Jordan Pierce (285) and Richter both went 2-0 in the duals.
