The Owosso Trojans Volleyball program hosted the Cavaliers of Carman-Ainsworth in non-conference play on Thursday night. The first set of the night began as a back and forth battle of serves until Carman-Ainsworth found the momentum they needed to surge past Owosso, taking the set, 25-22. Owosso took an early lead in the second set but was unable to keep their rhythm when they gave up a late streak of points, dropping the set, 25-23. The Cavaliers carried their momentum into the third set and closed out the night by defeating the Trojans 13-25. The Trojans continue their home stand on Tuesday (9/25) when they host Brandon in conference play.
